Congratulations to WCJW listener Connie Austin of Warsaw, NY - winner of the Lance Miller "The Beach" Golden Ticket!

In support of Lance Miller’s new Studio 330 Sessions EP and his upcoming single “The Beach,” 24 stations across the United States participated in a promotion to send one lucky winner and a guest to Las Vegas’ MGM Grand to see him open for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill on the Soul2Soul 2007 tour.

Each station qualified five winners with a Lance Miller “The Beach” ball. Only one beach ball held the golden ticket to Las Vegas, which was found on Friday, July 27th by WCJW listener Connie Austin of Warsaw, NY. Austin and her mother, Anne, were flown to Las Vegas for a stay at the MGM Grand, a private lunch with Lance Miller at the Cabana Grill, pre-show party passes, and tickets to the August 4th Soul2Soul 2007 concert, where Miller opened for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in front of a sold-out crowd of 14,000 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

The singer-songwriter has been on the road with McGraw and Hill since June 21st, heating up the outdoor "MyGIG™ Infotainment Stage" across Canada and the United States. “It’s just keeps getting better,” Miller says. “First to be handpicked by Tim McGraw to join the tour, then to be invited to play the mainstage in front of my family and friends in Las Vegas, it’s unreal. And now to be able to do something special like this for my fans—I’ve never been able to do anything like this before, and it feels great.”
